WHAT a blast to be part of the fantastic Astrid Jorgensen’s musical runaway train that is Pub Choir!
The packed Fortitude Music Hall was jumping as 2800 people tackled Ska music – with various singing ability – and sang their hearts out. This is the second time Astrid has generously invited Second Chance to be part of her Pub Choir phenomena and we are incredibly grateful. And Pub Choir is going international, heading overseas to Ireland, UK and US. Fundraising for at-risk women and DV shelters is constant and needs great friends. We could not do this work without them. The Pub Choir crowd was so generous. Thanks to Astrid, John and her team.
Second Chance Programme is a charitable organisation set up in 2001 to raise awareness of the plight of homeless women and their children.
